Acceptable Use Policy

Lunar Labs Studios is a camera, not a licence. You can direct almost anything — within these rules. Breaking them can get content removed and accounts suspended or closed, and where the law requires it, reported.

Never, in any form

• Sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises, depicts or appears to depict a child in a sexual way — including fictional, animated or "aged-up" framing. We report it to the authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: sexual or nude depictions of a real, identifiable person without their clear consent, including "undressing" a photo.
• Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism or mass-casualty violence, or that facilitates it.
• Instructions or material for serious harm: weapons capable of mass casualties, synthesising dangerous substances, or attacking critical infrastructure.

Real people and deepfakes

• Only use someone's face, body or voice with their permission. Uploading a photo of a person means you are telling us you have it.
• Do not create content that shows a real person saying or doing things they did not, in a way that could deceive viewers — especially politicians, public officials, candidates and journalists, and especially around elections.
• Parody and satire are fine when it is obvious to a reasonable viewer that they are parody.
• Do not impersonate a person, company or brand — including in your profile, handle or display name — or pretend to be the Lunar team.

Other people's rights

• Only upload images, video, audio and music you have the right to use.
• Do not use the Studio to copy or pass off someone else's copyrighted work, trademark or protected character as your own or as official.
• Rights holders can report infringing content to [email protected]; we act on valid notices.

Harmful content

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or content that targets people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
• No graphic gore intended to shock, and no content that encourages self-harm or eating disorders.
• No scams, fraud, fake evidence, or synthetic media designed to mislead people about real events.
• Adult sexual content is not allowed on the Studio.

The Studio itself

• Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the Studio's limits, safety filters, credits or payments.
• One account per person: do not create accounts to collect welcome credits again, share accounts, or resell access.
• Do not scrape the Studio or use automated tools against it, except our public pages as normal search engines do.
• Do not probe for or exploit security weaknesses — report them to [email protected] instead, and we will thank you.

Publishing to the community

Everything above applies to what you publish, plus:

• Publish only your own work, with an honest prompt and settings.
• Keep titles, bios and handles free of hate, harassment, impersonation and spam.
• We may unpublish anything that breaks these rules. Content removed by moderation cannot be republished.

Labelling

Label AI-generated material as AI-generated wherever the law or a platform requires it, and never present it as real footage.

Reporting and enforcement

See something that breaks these rules? Write to [email protected] with the link. Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, withhold credits bought to break these rules, and report to the authorities. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our message and a person will look again.
